Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). When you connect a WhatsApp number, we store the connection state needed to keep that session active. When you send messages through the service, we store the recipient number, message content, and delivery status so you can review your message history.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the service: authenticating you, routing your messages through your connected WhatsApp sessions, showing you your usage and message history, and processing plan payments. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. Message content

Messages you send through the API are relayed to WhatsApp on your behalf. We retain message metadata and content in your account history so you can track delivery status. You are responsible for having appropriate consent from your recipients to message them.

4. API keys and webhooks

API keys are stored as one-way hashes - we cannot retrieve a key once it has been shown to you. Webhook signing secrets are stored to sign outgoing webhook payloads and are shown to you once, at creation.

5. Payment information

Payments are processed by ZapUPI, a third-party UPI payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials - these are handled entirely within ZapUPI's secure checkout. We only receive confirmation of payment success or failure.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and message data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see our Contact page).

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke API keys and disconnect WhatsApp sessions yourself from the dashboard at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
